Not all commissions styles & options are open at any given time- openings will be posted when they come up, but here you can find a comprehensive & updated list of styles I may offer, and pricing!This price sheet is only applicable to private clients. Ordering + Form

My commissions open sparingly throughout the year. Announcements will always be posted to Kofi, Patreon, and Toyhou.se, and may be posted to other sites such as Tumblr, DA, FA, Inkblot, and Artfol.Commission orders are now placed through Google Forms. A link wil lbe provided in the announcement for open slots!I don't typically offer portraits outside their specified styles- sorry! If I'm opening busts/portraits in a style I normally don't offer them in, there will be a special posting saying so.I typically require a visual reference, however I may work from written description or moodboard/collection of references for an additional fee, as it's a much more involved process. If you do not have visual references, please reach out to me before placing an order so we can discuss & I can get some additional questions ready!

Digital Sketch

A digital sketch of your character with some light shading, and an optional gradient filter- you will get both the gradient & greyscale versions.

90s Manga Style Portrait

A portrait of your character, in a style inspired by 90s shojo manga, typically done in traditional ink, with heavy screentones and accents added digitally.
You can request the unaccented version as well.Theses are fairly simple commissions for a flat rate of $35 that do not come with additional bells or whistles, allowing for a quick turnover time once I begin working on them.

Full Illustration

A fully painted, detailed illustration. These are a very involved process, and open extremely rarely as a commission option. Pricing is highly variable based on exactly what you want, and starts at $300.There is no set pricing for expanded options, and most often these pieces will be sold by auction. I will want to have a way to contact you by email or by discord to check in frequently to ensure everything is to your exact liking.

Comic pages & Strips

Comic prices are highly variable, however all comics have a starting point of $100 per page(not including full page spreads/pages that contain a single panel) or 6 panels in a storyboard format, with additional pricing figured in based on factors such as number of panels in a manga format, number of characters, backgrounds needed, etc.At this time, comic commissions are only available in a digital sketch format. Digital sketches are typically done with minimal shading in black and white, though a gradient map or single accent colour ( EG: black and white + red ) can be added.I will check in directly and regularly at the thumbnailing and rough sketching stages especially, but will be sure to be in contact with you through the entire process, with smaller progress updates through Trello in keeping with my standard process. At this time, comics will typically have a work timeline of around 3 months, though this may vary depending on my workload and the complexity of the comic.At this time, I will not do more than three pages in a Manga format, or 12 Panels in a Storyboard format. This number may increase over time, but at this time that limit is set.

Two formats are available:

A: "Storyboard" refers to a more classic 'strip' format, similar to those used to storyboard animation. I find this format is especially ideal for scrolling platforms like tumblr, as well as more abstract or lyric based comics.B: "Manga" refers to the type of layouts one might find in manga pages. My style of comic formatting does lean more eastern than western, meaning my pages will not typically fall into the 'rows of boxes' more familiar to classic american comics, which is why I have chosen to label it as "manga". I find this format ideal for specific narrative scenes and character interactions.

Custom Character Designs

A unique character design created to your specifications. Pricing on these varies widely, starting at $100 for on-base designs, or $200 for designs on unique lines/poses.These are a very in-depth and customisable process, and will typically only open via offer or auction, with the pricing below used as a starting point.

On-Base Pricing:

Things to know

I do require discord or email contact info in order to do a custom design, as I will check in with you regularly during each stage of work, essentially any time I make progress you will receive an update. I do allow edits, however only a maximum of 4 major edits per stage. Any edits required for Lockettes or Dextroluma in order for approval after completion are free, however they should not be necessary as I will handle checking trait legality/etc along the way. Otherwise, edits requested after the design is finished will require an upcharge.Please note that I will not get approval for you when designing an MYO for any species, however admin customs for Lockettes & Dextroluma I will get approved since they are made using my own slots.You can always view design progress on the trello card that I will link you once the order form is discussed and agreed upon. Customs will take me a significant amount of time to complete, so please do not expect your design to be finished in under a month. 2-3 months is typically a safe estimate, however I will inform you if it may be longer than that due to outside circumstances.I may require edits to be made to the order form before I begin if something is unclear, if I need more details or a reference image, or if I am unable to do something you are asking for ( be it because of trait legality or other reasons ).Off base customs are typically by offer or auction only, with the prices above being the SB, and are not regularly available when customs open. I will state clearly if I am offering off-base customs at that time.

The Terms of Service below apply to each and every piece of commissioned work. I expect all commissioners to have read through my Terms of Service before contacting me about a commission.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

Usage Rights

❧ My work is for personal use only. If you wish to commission a commercial piece, please contact me by email to discuss additonal details & pricing.❧ I retain all rights to the artwork itself, and may use it in my portfolio or for self promotional purposes.❧ My work is NEVER under any circumstances to be used in relation to AI training, advertising, or for any other purpose relating to AI creation. This applies to all works past and present, as well as to any future AI technologies.❧ My work is NEVER under any circumstances to be used in any blockchain exchange, be turned into an N/F/T/, or be used to advertise blockchain or N/F/T/s.❧ Use of my work for any future blockchain related technologies is also not permitted. Private commissions are non-commercial meaning that making money on them- crypto or traditional- is unacceptable.❧ I will refuse all crypto related commissions, commercial or otherwise.

General

❧ You can re-post your commission on social media, however the post must include credit in the form of a working link / @ to my website or profile.❧ Do not under any circumstances edit my artwork, and most especially do NOT remove my signature. If you want to colour commissioned sketches/lineart, please ask first.❧ Cropping the image for use as a header/icon for a profile is acceptable, however the profile must include credit in the form of a link to my profile or website if my art is used in this way ( eg: icon by [link] ). On social media platforms I use, ’@‘ing my account is preferred.❧ I have the right to decline any commission that I see fit, for any reason.

Payment

❧ Payment will be charged and paid via Stripe or PayPal invoice, or via the commission widget on Ko-fi. I will not accept e-checks, or any other form of digital currency unless directly specified in commission advertisement.❧ For commissions under $120 USD full payment must be received before I begin work on a commission.
For commissions over $120, payment may be split between a 60% down payment, and a 40% completion payment if desired.❧ Payment/Down Payment must be sent within 2 days ( 48 hours ) of the invoice being sent out. If payment is not sent in that time, the slot will be re-opened.❧ Failure to send payment within the 48-hour window 3 times will result in a blacklisting, and you will no longer be able to order commissions from me. Exceptions to this are solely at my discretion.❧ Completion payment must be sent withing 1 day ( 24 hours ) of proof of completion being given ( this by screenshot of the finished work ). Full files will be delivered/posted upon payment delivery.❧ Failure to pay within the 24 hour limit upon proof of completion will result in an immediate blacklisting, and I reserve the right to remove your characters and repurpose the piece as I see fit.

Time/Updates

❧ Completion time varies based on my current workload and situation, as well as the complexity of your commission. I will give you a rough estimate when discussing the commission, or an estimate will be provided in the commission listing.❧ I will give free progress updates automatically at each stage of completion relevant to the piece ( eg: rough sketch, clean sketch, lines, flat colour, rough shade ) via Trello.❧ Please don’t ask me for a progress update before at least one week has gone by. Likewise, please wait at least 1-2 weeks between requesting updates.❧ If you have ordered a Full Illustration or Custom Design piece, update conditions may be different, and will be discussed during the ordering process.❧ If you need your commission to be completed by a certain date, please inform me of that when ordering the commission, as I need to decide whether or not I will be able to make your deadline before accepting.

Commercial Works

❧ In this context, commercial use is referring to any work that will be sold or published- including but not limited to branding, illustrations for book covers, pins, buttons, business cards, mascot designs, vtubing, etc.❧ You may not use my art for commercial use unless specifically otherwise discussed, as stated above.❧ Please email me if you wish to discuss commercial use of a piece. Note that I may not always agree.❧ Further terms will vary on a case by case basis for each commercial work in question.❧ I may take on long term commercial project contracts. If you are interested in hiring me for commercial work, please contact me by email.❧ My work is never to be used for any purposes relating to AI or blockchain in any way, commercial or otherwise.

Other

❧ When ordering, please try to keep things concise and to the point! It is much easier for me to know what you want when I am not wading through a wall of text.❧ If you need your commission to remain private, please inform me when ordering so that I know not to work on it in a stream or post it in my gallery. All works will be posted to my gallery / social media at my discretion unless requested otherwise, and progress may also be posted publicly at my discretion unless requested otherwise.❧ Please know that private pieces may still be used in a private portfolio for job applications, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Regarding Refunds & Cancellations

❧ I will not issue a refund once I’ve completed the commission, end of story. Filing a chargeback after I have completed your commission will result in an immediate public blacklisting in order to protect other artists.❧ Sketch commissions will not be refunded AT ALL once I’ve started the commission.❧ Other illustration commissions will be refunded by 50% if I am less than halfway finished but have already started, and by 25% if I am more than halfway finished, and you will receive what I’ve finished by that point. If I haven’t started yet you’ll be refunded in full, regardless of the commission type.❧ If you request a refund / cancellation of a piece that is 50% finished or less, or a custom, I reserve the right to make alterations to the sketch to use for other purposes, such as adoptables or YCH.

Adoptable Terms of Service

By purchasing an adopt from me, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.For Closed Species designs: All CS TOS applies in addition to my TOS. In cases where there are conflicting rules, whichever has the greater restriction wins out. ( eg: if the CS rules allow resales, while my TOS does not, then resales are still not allowed. )

General

❧ My designs are for personal use only. If you wish to discuss purchasing commercial use rights, please contact me by email. I reserve the right to decline commercial rights on any design.❧ I retain all rights to the artwork itself, and may use it in my portfolio or for self promotional purposes.❧ You can make minor changes to the design after purchasing, but I should still be credited.❧ Do not under any circumstances edit my artwork. This includes drawing over my art, adjusting colours, etc.-❧ You can convert my designs to original species, however I should always be notified before hand, and retain designer credit.

Credits

❧ For Toyhou.se: I will handle all file uploads & credits for adopts or customs before transferring them to you. Please do not ever delete and re-upload a design I have transferred to you on TH. If some special circumstance arises, please contact me directly via DM on TH.❧ You can re-post my art of your design on social media, however the post must include credit in the form of a working link / @ to my website or profile.❧ Credit when drawing my designs is appreciated, but not strictly necessary. If you mention me when posting, though, I do keep a favourites folder on DA, and will share your post on other socials, as long as I see it.

Payment

Reselling / Retrading

❧ If you want to resell a design bought from me, I ask that you contact me directly first.❧ Designs may only be re-sold for the price you paid for them, regardless of any additional art. The only exceptions to this are Lockettes, Dextroluma, or Dexettes that have been properly appraised by species moderators.❧ Designs that have been obtained through trade with me may only be re-traded, and cannot be sold. In the case of an emergency, please feel free to contact me with your situation and I may be able to approve a traded design for re-sale.

CS Conversions

❧ If you want to convert a design by me to a CS, or withdraw it from the CS it was originally designed for, I ask that you contact me directly first.❧ This applies to 'AU' versions of characters I have designed, as well as direct conversions. ( EG, making a Lockette form of a Dextroluma design would still require permission from me )❧ I reserve the right to decline permission to convert or withraw a character to or from a species for any reason. I reserve the right to decline without giving a reason.My designs are NEVER to be converted to the following CS:
Boozesharks, Dremmies, Munchzies, Tea Unicorns

Commercial Use

❧ In this context, commercial use is referring to any work that will be sold or published- including but not limited to branding, graphic novels/stories, pins, buttons, business cards, mascots, vtubing, etc.❧ You may not use my art or designs for commercial use unless specifically otherwise discussed, as stated above.❧ Please contact me by email if you wish to discuss commercial use of a design.❧ Further terms & additional fees will vary on a case by case basis.❧ My designs are NEVER to be used in any context relating to blockchain or AI. Important Note: I cannot control people's actions when trading- even requiring buyers to notify me when an adopt is traded won't ensure that people do- all it takes is one missed trade for things to get lost. I highly suggest that when trading ANY design, you make sure to take screenshots & keep them with your character files as proof of trade, in case complications ever come up.
I am NOT responsible for any faulty trades of my designs, however I will do my best to help verify things where I can if needed.

P2U/F2U Wardrobe Terms of Service
