Not all commissions styles & options are open at any given time- openings will be posted when they come up, but here you can find a comprehensive & updated list of styles I may offer, and pricing!This price sheet is only applicable to private clients. I may occasionally offer work in the following styles, however these are still highly experimental and do not have set pricing yet. If you are interested in one of these styles, I will be able to give you a quote based on exactly what you want.

The prices listed are base quotes for the bare minimum with no bells or whistles, and are scaled so as to account for PayPal's unfortunately ever-increasing fees. Further pricing for additions and such can be found under the expanded section for each type!

Ordering + Form

My commissions open sparingly throughout the year. Announcements will always be posted to Discord, Kofi, Patreon, and Toyhou.se, and may be posted to other sites such as Tumblr, DA, FA, Inkblot, and Artfol. Subscribers to Ko-fi and Patreon will always get 24 hours to claim slots before they are opened publicly.I don't typically offer portraits outside their specified styles- sorry! If I'm opening busts/portraits in a style I normally don't offer them in, there will be a special posting saying so.I typically require a visual reference, however I may work from written description or moodboard/collection of references for an additional fee, as it's a much more involved process. If you do not have visual references, please reach out to me before placing an order so we can discuss & I can get some additional questions ready!

Digital Sketch

A digital sketch of your character with some light shading, and an optional gradient filter- you will get both the gradient & greyscale versions.
Pricing varies based on: half/full body, quantity of characters, desired background.This style is somewhat experimental still, and may have some slight variance.

A fully painted, detailed illustration. These are a very involved process, and open extremely rarely as a commission option. Pricing is highly variable based on exactly what you want, and starts at $300.There is no set pricing for expanded options, and most often these pieces will be sold by auction. I will want to have a way to contact you by email or by discord to check in frequently to ensure everything is to your exact liking.

Comic pages & Strips

Comic prices are highly variable, however all comics have a starting point of $100 per page(not including full page spreads/pages that contain a single panel) or 4 panels in a storyboard format, with additional pricing figured in based on factors such as number of panels in a manga format, number of characters, backgrounds needed, etc.At this time, comic commissions are only available in a digital sketch format. Digital sketches are typically done with minimal shading in black and white, though a gradient map or single accent colour ( EG: black and white + red ) can be added.I will check in directly and regularly at the thumbnailing and rough sketching stages especially, but will be sure to be in contact with you through the entire process, with smaller progress updates through Trello in keeping with my standard process. At this time, comics will typically have a work timeline of around 3 months, though this may vary depending on my workload and the complexity of the comic.At this time, I will not do more than three pages in a Manga format, or 12 Panels in a Storyboard format. This number may increase over time, but at this time that limit is set.

Two formats are available:

A: "Storyboard" refers to a more classic 'strip' format, similar to those used to storyboard animation. I find this format is especially ideal for scrolling platforms like tumblr, as well as more abstract or lyric based comics.B: "Manga" refers to the type of layouts one might find in manga pages. My style of comic formatting does lean more eastern than western, meaning my pages will not typically fall into the 'rows of boxes' more familiar to classic american comics, which is why I have chosen to label it as "manga". I find this format ideal for specific narrative scenes and character interactions.

Abstract:

Abstract backgrounds involve shapes/patterns that don't create a full scene.
75-80% character, 20-25% background.Very Simple:
Just one or two solid shapes. These may have a digital pattern or gradient applied afterward.

Extra-Large:

"XL" is for traditional work done outside my standard sizing. Typically my traditional work is done on 9x12 inch sheets. XL work is done on 11x14(for sketches/ink), or 14x17(for ink only).
This is ideal for a larger background scene, as there is more page space to work with, without diminishing the size or detail of the characters.
25-35% character, 65-75% background.Detailed:
Several background elements, including architecture, perspective, or other busier elements, as well as organic elements such as trees, hills/mountains, etc.

$180-250 (Ink)Very Detailed:
Many background elements, including architecture, perspective, or other busier elements, as well as organic elements to a higher degree of scale and complexity.

Props Price Scaling:

Not all props will have an additional fee. Items such as a coffee cup/mug(with or without saucer), a book or two, frying pan, or simple weapons with minimal detail(such as a Generic Sword) are all considered "Simple Props" and wouldn't have any additional charge!

Detailed weapons(such as a sword with a pattern, or jewel encrusted scabbard), several stacks of books or a towering stack of books, a magic circle with arcane symbols, a deck of floating cards, simple furniture such as a chair/couch/desk, a set of cooking utensils, etc.Basically, if it's a distinctly special item that has its own details, or if there's a LOT of items, it may have a small fee that scales with the complexity.Complex Props:

A motorbike, bicycle, or car, most natural looking* pets or animals including pokemon, very detailed weapons(such as a realistic rifle), fancy or highly decorative furniture, etc.*We love sparkledogs in this house. If an animal companion is detailed enough to require its own ref sheet, it would count as an additional character, not a prop!Some props, such as furniture, are INCLUDED with the price of a background, so if you're already paying for a background, you're not going to be charged extra for including chairs. The inclusion of furniture as props is for people who only want a single background element rather than a full scene!
